Michael Thorley
Michael has over 16 years experience with roles as a board-level executive, senior commercial manager, facilitator, coach and change leader working with large international companies in the private and public sectors across the UK, Europe and the US. Michael is an experienced assessor and specialises in the establishment of behavioural competencies and the coaching support process to enable behavioural success.
Michael applies his experience, skills and beliefs in the consulting, facilitation, coaching and development of organisations and individuals within them to achieve results. Michael works in partnership with his clients to help them create the environment in which they are able to fully inquire and explore their own thoughts, beliefs and behaviours in the context of current organisational performance and in strategic and tactical plans for the future. He supports teams and individuals to make the largest change possible with the minimum of effort to achieve their personal and business goals.
Michael holds a degree, a chartered management accounting qualification and a Masters degree in Psychotherapy. He is also a member of the British Psychological Society and is qualified to use a wide range of behavioural tools.
